Sekur Private Data and all its affiliated entities (hereinafter called ''Sekur'') takes privacy and data protection issues seriously. We have designed this Privacy Policy to explain how we handle personally identifiable information collected from persons who register for information and/or services and submit information to Sekur through the Internet.

This Privacy Policy covers Sekur treatment of personally identifiable information collected from users (hereafter “user” or “you”) who use the Sekur owned services, as well as consumer information that we acquire in the course of our business. This Policy also covers the treatment of personally identifiable information that Sekur’s business partners may share with it.
This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Sekur does not own or control, or to people that Sekur does not employ or manage.
We do not provide your personal information to other third parties, period!
Sekur collects personally identifiable information when you register for a Sekur account login, and when you use certain Sekur services. Sekur may also receive personally identifiable information from its resellers and other business partners. Sekur does not data mine for the purpose of selling your data and will never sell or rent your data to any third party.
When you register with Sekur we ask for your contact information (such as your name, street address and email address). This is for account creation.
Sekur uses the information collected to fulfill your requests for Sekur services. We may also send service announcements, newsletters, and periodic notices about specials, new products and services offered by Sekur, or technical updates and software updates on Sekur services.
Sekur does not offer services or sell products to children. Sekur does not request or knowingly collect personally identifiable contact information from anyone under the age of 13.
Protecting personally identifiable information about merchants and consumers is an important part of our business. We share and disclose such information only as described below.
Sekur sends personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sekur, our users, or others, which may include the exchange of information with other organizations for fraud protection and/or risk reduction.
Information security is critical to our business. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We store information gathered on secure computers located in a locked data center. The number of employees involved in the management of the data center that have physical access to these computers is limited. We use firewalls and other security technology to prevent our computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons. We also require that any personally identifiable consumer information sent to us by you be encrypted using SSL encryption. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your login ID/password and to your computer or mobile device. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer and otherwise protect the password used to access the Sekur owned services.
We train our employees on the requirements of this policy, and regularly communicate to them about the proper uses, disclosure and handling of personal information. Any Sekur employee who violates this policy, or fails to report any violation of which they are aware, is subject to appropriate disciplinary action, which can include termination. In addition, we periodically undertake an objective self-assessment of the accuracy of this policy and our conformance with its requirements.
Individuals in the EU who have concerns about our use, disclosure or handling of their personal information are encouraged to contact our EU Safe Harbor Compliance Program Monitor by emailing corporate@globexdata.com. We will work hard to address those concerns, and, if needed we will cooperate with Data Protection Authorities in the EU in the unlikely event we’re unable to otherwise resolve a complaint you raise concerning our compliance with this policy.
Sekur servers are all located in Switzerland. Sekur does NOT have servers in the United States of America, due to the privacy issues with the USA Patriot Act. Any information that you provide to Sekur shall remain in our Swiss data centers in Sekur’s own infrastructure, outside of third-party cloud hosting providers or any big tech entity. By providing personal information to us, you are consenting to its storage and use as described herein.
Sekur reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. If we do, such changes will remain consistent with the requirements of the Safe Harbor Principles, and will reflect our continued commitment to protect your privacy.
If there are material changes to this statement or in how Sekur will use personally identifiable information, Sekur will post notice on the Sekur homepage at www.sekur.com prior to implementing the change. The amended Terms shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted. Your continued use of the site or Sekur owned services after the posting of the amended Terms on the Site constitutes your affirmative: (a) acknowledgement of the terms and its modifications; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the terms, as amended.
